What companies ask us
What does the Business account include and how much does it cost?
Nothing: it is free and has no commitment. It includes a discount coupon for your purchases on the site, a personal account manager, exclusive options (instructions on the back with your logo, a card with your design, special packaging), advice, saved designs and invoices in your company’s name.
How is the coupon activated?
When you sign up. If you give us your tax ID or VAT number and we verify it, it is active straight away and reaches you by email; otherwise your account manager asks you for it and activates it. It applies at checkout on your orders on the site when you are signed in, with no minimum order.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Not in digital production: from 1 unit. In industrial offset the minimum is 2,000 units, because the industrial press only pays off on long runs, although we can do fewer in special cases. Your account manager tells you which one suits you.
How long does production take?
In digital we produce in 24-48 h. In offset, about 15 days because of drying times. We confirm the date when preparing your order.
What is the difference between digital and offset?
Digital prints each sheet directly: there are no minimums or plates, and it suits urgent orders or orders with several designs. Offset uses industrial plates: it needs long runs, but it allows finishes such as glitter and pays off in large quantities. Metallics and glow-in-the-dark are available both ways.
Can I put my logo on the card or on the tattoo?
On the tattoo, always. The standard instruction card carries the Yatatu logo. With a Business account you can have your instructions and logo printed on the back of the tattoo. A card with your own design is a special order: order it in advance.
How do I send the design?
As PDF, AI, SVG or PNG at 300 dpi, ideally with a transparent background. If you only have a low-resolution logo, we vectorise it. The tattoo is applied mirrored: we flip the text for you.
Are they safe for children?
Yes. Hypoallergenic, paraben-free inks. They last 3 to 7 days and come off with oil or alcohol.
